Accessibility Statement

Last reviewed: August 2026Applies to: wfihealthcareagency.com

WFI Healthcare Agency LLC is committed to making this website usable by people with disabilities, including visitors who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, or other assistive technology.

1. Our Commitment

We build this website with accessibility as a requirement rather than an afterthought. We treat it as an ongoing practice that we test and improve continuously, not a status achieved once and left unattended.

2. Conformance Status

This website is designed and built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. Accessibility is checked continuously with automated testing tools as part of how the site is built.

A full manual review — including keyboard-only and screen-reader testing of every page — has been completed, alongside the continuous automated testing. On that basis we describe this site as substantially conforming to WCAG 2.1 Level AA: it has been tested against the standard and meets it in substance. We stop short of claiming perfect conformance for every person and technology, and we continue to fix issues as they are found.

Current statusThis website substantially conforms to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Automated, keyboard-only, and screen-reader testing have been completed across all pages as of August 2026. We continue to monitor the site and fix issues as they are found.

3. Measures We Have Taken

The following measures are built into this website and maintained across it:

  • Keyboard operability — the site is built from standard, focusable controls, and a visible focus indicator is applied site-wide so you can always see where you are.
  • Skip-to-content navigation — every page opens with a skip link that lets keyboard and screen-reader users bypass the repeated header.
  • Descriptive alternative text — meaningful images carry alt text, and decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
  • Sufficient color contrast — the color palette is chosen so text meets WCAG AA contrast minimums, and color is never the only way information is conveyed.
  • Reduced-motion support — animation is suppressed automatically for visitors whose device asks for reduced motion.
  • Accessible forms — every field has a label associated with it programmatically, and errors are announced and tied to the field they belong to.

4. Known Limitations & Ongoing Work

No website can guarantee accessibility for every person and every combination of technology, and we would rather say so plainly than overstate our conformance.

We have completed a manual keyboard and screen-reader review of every page, and we continue to fix any issues found as we identify them. If something on this site does not work for you, we would rather hear about it than not.

5. Reporting a Barrier

If you encounter content or functionality on this website that is not accessible to you, please contact us or call the office and describe what you ran into. We will review it and respond.
